Erika’s puzzling adventure began four years ago, sparked by a simple suggestion from her sister to complete a puzzle together as a family hobby. After finishing that first puzzle, her sister moved on—but Erika was hooked. She discovered that puzzling brought her both joy and relaxation, and soon she was piecing together images of places she had visited, preserving them with glue as keepsakes.
Her passion took an unexpected turn when her sister stumbled upon a video about speed puzzling. That same night, Erika dove into research, discovered the state championship, registered on the spot, and began training in earnest.
Now, a year after her first competition, Erika continues to embrace every challenge and every moment the puzzling world offers, combining her love for detail, focus, and fun into an ever-growing passion.
