We had an eight-day speed run competition running from Christmas Day through New Year’s Day. The puzzle was a 130-piece puzzle by Galison called Winter Sledding.
Makayla Malloy had the fastest single competition time at 0:05:17. Congratulations Makayla! Melinda Whiting finished in second place with a time of 0:05:40 and Jessica Granger finished in third place with a time of 0:06:07.
Allison Matson completed the puzzle the most times with 60. Jessica Granger was second with 48 and Erica F was third with 45. For Allison, that’s 7,800 pieces placed in those eight days. Congratulations Allison!
For the improvement statistics, Allison Matson had the best percent improvement with 74.32%. Jessica Granger was second with 66.51% and Erica F was third with 59.57% For time improvement, Jeannette was first with an improvement of 0:29:24. Allison Matson was second with 0:25:14 and Erica F was third with 0:16:02.
Overall, there were 34 people that completed the puzzle at least one time for a grand total of 299 completions. That’s a total of 38,870 pieces placed during the competition. The average completion time was 0:14:38. The total amount of time spent completing the puzzle was 72 hours and 55 minutes. View the full results here.
