We had a three-week speed run competition running from March 20 through April 12. The puzzle was a 200-piece puzzle by Ravensburger called Violet.
Makayla Malloy had the fastest single competition time at 0:08:34. Congratulations Makayla! She barely edged out Ellie Nettesheim who finished in second place with a time of 0:08:37. Megan Chung finished in third place with a time of 0:09:23.
Megan Chung completed the puzzle the most times with 67. Libby Powers was second with 65 and Makayla Malloy was third with 50. For Megan, that’s 13,400 pieces placed in those three weeks. Congratulations Megan!
For the improvement statistics, Libby Powers had the best percent improvement with 68.32%. Megan Chung was second with 55.53% and Tricia Marotz was third with 53.45% For time improvement, Erika Hunter was first with an improvement of 0:33:21. Jeannette was second with 0:25:44 and Libby Powers was third with 0:25:16.
Overall, there were 26 people that completed the puzzle at least one time for a grand total of 370 completions. That’s a total of 74,000 pieces placed during the competition. The average completion time was 0:19:00. The total amount of time spent completing the puzzle was 117 hours, 12 minutes, 49 seconds. View the full results here.
